     Joseph Whiting was born circa 2 October 1645 at Conn.4 He married Anna Allyn, daughter of John Allyn and Ann/Hannah Smith, in 1676 at Conn; This was his second marriage.3 Joseph Whiting died on 19 October 1717; Per grave marker. He was buried on 21 October 1717 at Center Church on the Green Churchyard Cemetery New Haven, New Haven, Conn.5
