     Philip Russell was born circa 1629 at England.5 He married, first, in Hadley, Hampshire, Mass, on 4 February 1663/64, Joanna Smith, daughter of Henry Smith and Dorothy (?).6 He married, second, in Hadley, Hampshire, Mass, on 10 January 1665/66 Elizabeth Terry, daughter of Stephen Terry and Jane Hardey.7,8 He married, third, in Hadley, Hampshire, Mass, on 25 December 1679 Mary Church, daughter of Edward Church and Mary (?).9 Philip Russell died on 16 May 1693.8

Other Events

     In 1635 Philip Russell and his parents emigrated from England to Cambridge, Middlesex, Mass.10,11 He became a Freeman at Cambridge, Middlesex, Mass, on 23 May 1666. Lawrence Hammond, Samuel Moody, and Caleb Moody also became Freemen at the same time.12
Some sources say Philip was born ca 1629 in England and immigrated to Cambridge with his parents in 1635.
