     Thomas Ferris was born on 18 January 1866 at Lethanhill, Dalmellington Parish, Ayrshire, Scotland; Per census and grave marker.1 He married Jane (Jennie) Fraser, daughter of Donald R Fraser and Margaret Mac Leod, on 7 September 1893 at Lowell, Middlesex, Mass.2 Thomas Ferris died on 18 November 1927 at Wauwatosa, Milwaukee, Wisc, at age 61; Per grave marker. He was buried on 21 November 1927 at Osage Cemetery Osage, Mitchell, Iowa; Thomas was initially interred in the Waldheim Cemetery in La Grange, Cook, IL. He was moved to Osage in Oct 1944.3,4
